The broadband service is provided on a shared basis among all users. The Internet
user experience and average online speeds are dependent on a few external factors
including, but not limited to, user location, distance from the communication towers,
the number of concurrent users, user computer hardware and software, the source
(e.g. visited websites) of traffic, and etc. Packet One shall endeavor to provide
best possible services to users. In addition, P1 is committed to the Fair Usage
